Invocation of seasonal greetings and beneficent hopes to all, followed
by acknowledgement of inspiration by similar past thread, coupled with
explanation of desire to avoid limitation to incendiary metadiscussion
and invitation to all to discuss/join.

Andrew, I'm shocked - SHOCKED! that you would post such an exclusionary greeting on what is supposed to be an all-inclusive message board.
Anyway, Happy Chrismahannukwanzika to you. And Merry Festivus. Will you be including the Airing of Grievances and/or Feats of Strength in your holiday activities?

Response to any and or all to enjoy or not enjoy as they prefer,
the festivities of their choice, not necessarily confined to
this season (to avoid offending by appearing to be a
time-ist)
