Does anyone know about a good message board where I can discuss body modification-type issues in general (and not just castration)?

I'm thinking from the point of view of one who wishes to customize their body to work better (akin to how you might overclock your computer's processor), rather than from a fetishistic standpoint.

BME is generally considered the authority on that subject. Check them out. (Don't they host this site too?)
