I think that all of us who have seen and those who are planning to visit Dr. Kimmel should ask him about who's going to replace him when he retires. We should tell him that we are concerned, that unless he get's an apprentice (preferrably female but anyone will do) the EU community will suffer. It'll be so much more difficult to find a surgeon who will castrate without extensive paperwork, etc. There's nothing really wrong with asking. I know we might not feel obligated, but think of those in the future. I'm willing to at least ask him about it and suggest that he look for someone.
