You just mentioned them. But please, read through the information that the good people of this board have posted about their own desires and experiences. It is extremely valuable information. Not that you should or shouldn't, but this is a great place for knowledge on this subject, and surely the best place to go for making informed decisions.

Tazan,
Yes, you can just pick up the phone and make a call for this. I do reccomend like so many others here, that you read up on all you can from everyone that has something to offer. A good place to start is the FAQ section.

Damn, Girl! That's one great looking avatar! Certainly there's no doubt you were born a girl for sure! What a shame you had to go through so much to fix that mistake! But good for you! You obviously did what what was right! Koodos!!

i did try the chemical route but i had a reaction to the drugs (i dont know what they where) i didnt have good support from my doctor and i was uncomfortable seeing him about it so i just let it go, i mentioned it to a physchiatrist too when i was in hospital because of depression and suicide attempts, but there wasnt any follow up thier eithe,r and its not something i felt comfortable talking about. I have read a fair bit what people have posted here which is why i would choose to have it done properly and i do have mixed feelings about it, im just trying to learn more about it and i couldnt find something that i read last time i was here, i thought you needed a doctors supprot before Dr. kimmel would agree to see you?

To see Dr. Kimmel:
Call his secretary at least 2 weeks before.
Send money to him, $2000 as of 2004
Arrive the night before. You stay for three days. During that time, you have an interview (1 hour with Kimmel) and then a day later, the surgery, then a checkup the next day, if I recall my notes of the call correctly.
You stay at the Best Western only a block away in the museum district. As for the Kimmel discount. It's $85 a night.
I have not been castrated yet, but there are many here who can verify my notes.
I am considering organizing a castration expedition: two or three people from the same area reserve a room at the hotel for a week and each gets operated on by the doctor. Ideally they would all take the train back so that they can afford a private sleeper on the way back.

Dr. Kimmel's nurse asked me to send $600 when I made my appointment. Afterwards I had a problem with my express cash, and Dr. Kimmel was so concerned that he gave me some money until I was able to work out my finances. He is very kind and caring. He also wanted me to call him every week until I healed from the surgery. Dr. Kimmel and his nurse are easy to talk to about the kind of surgery that you want performed. I highly recommend him.
