Suggested New Acronym

Thinking how useful such acronyms as BDSM, etc. are as shorthand, I'd like to toss out as a suggestion a possible acronym that could cover many of our wonderful virtual family's interests: VMGE for "Voluntary Male Genital Elimination". Those ladies interested in elective clitorectomy or hysterectomy could use VFGE ("Vontuntary Female Genital Elimination"). Thus a member could write "I, as a VMGE wannabe..." without having to go on at greater length if he didn't want to. Or one could have the unisex acronym VGE ("Voluntary Genital Elimination") for both sexes. Just a thought. Any reactions?

This assumes that the only reason someone like me wanted to be castrated was to eliminate my genitals.

Wrong.

What I wanted was to eliminate the effects of testosterone from my body, and castration just happened to be the best way to do it, for me.

I fully take your point, and fully realize that there are lots of reasons different folks want to be castrated; but surely even in the case of someone where castration is the means to an end, rather than the end itself, that means involves voluntary elimination of the genitals (as opposed to involuntary elimation due to illness such as cancer, etc.)? But it the acronym was just a whimsical suggestion of mine, and I hope I didn't offend.
