Upgrade to vBulletin Release Candidate 2

Accidently over wrote the nifty EA logo I had at the top ... oops! Think I have a back up of them on another computer. Will restore or recreate ASAP.
The next upgrade will probably be to vB3 final ... I am sure we all lookforward to that. In the meantime this release candidate fixes numerous bugs over the previous Gamma version.
