Cats and Dogs

I am a dog person, I have had many dogs and they are the best. I have also had a few cats.
A couple of months ago my daughter got a kitten for her two little ones, but he likes to play about 3 in the monring and was scratching them in there sleep. He was so cute I could not let him be cast aside, so the little guy came to live with me.
Now all animals have a name, you need to ask them what it is, so my little grey tabby is named Rupert, yes he comes when he is called. Like all kittens he is growing and plays with any and every thing he can find. Lint on the floor, balls, string, bathrobe ties, shoe laces, anything that drops on the floor, by natural means or helpped. Now I must say dogs are much easer to train. But you can train cats to a point. The water bottle when he gets on the table, however keeping him from looking out the window is a battle lost. It is true, you feed a dog, pet him and he is yours for life, you feed a cat and pet him and he will let you know when eather of them are required. I have discovered one thing about cats, they dont like being ignored, this will cause them to want to be pet for a great lenth of time.
sigh, yes I love my cat.
Andrew, you should try a kitten.
