There are several Female Urologists in and around Philadelphia. I visited Dr. M. Amster. She won't do castrations unless there's cancer involved. But she'll do a vasectomy. She's not far from Dr. Kimmel and you can find both by typing there names in on the internet. Hash. P.S. I visited Dr. Kimmel recently and he's a really neat older doc. I'll ask him when I see him in January if he's got a replacement in mind.
