For the shrinking penis "problem" have you tried using a penis pump? A penis pump can simulate the pressure of an erection and keep your penis stretched to its original length.

I use a penis pump fairly often (in fact I have one on right now). While I'm not convinced it makes penises permanently larger than original, I think they should work for maintaining your original size.

Just make sure you buy a good quality one to ensure comfort. Also don't overuse it -- 10 minutes per day is good.
