In my frequent postings of the effects of castration, you may have read that some (not all) eunuchs experience a shrinkage. I have, it does not bother me. As for how small it might get, who knows? Keep us informed, please.

My penis has gotten softer and smaller, even with Testosterone. I believe it's because I only use a small amount of it daily. It's been hard adjusting to it. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I lost about a inch since I was castrated but it has gotten a lot thinner. It is about 2 inches long.

Well I have only been on Androcur for 2.5 months and have noticed that I have shrunk about 0.5" - 0.75" while hard, but I seem to bee thicker when I do manage to get hard.

I haven't noticed any changes while flaccid yet.
