I'm not looking for a cutter but someone who can help probably a cutter but I don't want them removed I'm into torture pericing, banding,smashing of them, My problem is one time when me and my woman was pericing my balls a needle broke off and is still in my ball and would like it removed because it cause lots of pain when toruring it!!!

You do not have to explain How, or why it got there, and s/he must remove it or face a lawsyit.
