SRS without hormones?

Hi everyone,

So I am wondering if there is any way to get SRS without going through transition?

I know it probably sounds strange but I don't have any dysphoria over any part of my body other that my genitals. In fact I would say I am quite proud of my male body with the exception of my genitals which I hate.

Essentially I would like to have a vagina. My ideal body image is that of a pre-op FTM.

Is there any avenue for achieving this? I understand therapy and such are probably necessary but I don't want to have to take female hormones and ruin my male body.

He is a member here. You can find him using the member search function under community on the menu bar

India or Thailand. Thailand requires that you visit a therapist/psychologist, but only for an hour or two before scheduling surgery. Castra8edmale is a member of the EA, but doesn't post or blog that often. He just recently posted an update about himself on this site.
