It all depends what you want to get done. Castration, penectomy, nullo or sex change ? How much can you afford to pay ?

You're young, and while it will seem like we're putting you off, please take appropriate time to consider what you are wanting to do. Only after than long-term careful consideration should you pursue this.
This is coming from a man who has gone before you and is now completely emasculated. I would be happy to help guide you on your journey, but keep in mind it may be a long journey.
These surgeries are now available from at least two doctors I know of in the USA, and they are expensive, about €9000-€12000, and they require letters from a licensed/certified therapist that works with gender patients. Private Message me if you would like to learn more.

From your profile you are 18 yo. However I had the same thoughts at your age.
There was no internet in 1976 so I was on my own.
You are in a good place here.
Feel free to chat as everyone here has been in your position at sometime.
Try not to go for surgery just yet as you need to discover where you want to be for the rest of your life.
This site can help you with this.
BTW i'm still intact but put my problem down to a mental health issue.
