Is it still safe to order overseas from a legal perspective (in America)?

I'm just making sure because I recall reading on susans.org that they were starting to crack down for individual consumers even for non-controlled substances. I can't find the article though.

One of the problems has been that credit card comapnies have started to crack down on drugs bought overseas. inhousepharmacy.vu has set up a bank transfer facility.
