News from my urologist

I saw my urologist last Thursday for my 6 month visit. Prostate felt ok to him and my chronic urethra problems haven't got any worse. Sometimes I pee real slow but as long as it keeps coming out on its own I won't need any further surgery. My psa was .47 last time, .62 this time. Sounds good to me but he wants me back in 3 months for a recheck.
Since the radiation cooked more than the prostate cancer my T levels have run from a low of 130 to a high of 280. They were mid 200s last time but this time it's 178. He said we can discuss TRT when I come back in April. That's the first time he has mentioned it. I want to hear what he has to say but frankly I'm thrilled that it's down. My libido is good enough for me, body hair seems to be getting more sparse as time goes on, my temper is mellow and I feel fine. I'll ask him how low it can go before it's too low. I'll try not to laugh if he says, "Your mileage may vary." I may even ask him how I can lower it a little at a time until I start feeling crappy.
I like using my homemade clamp to squeeze my sack and chords until the whole scrotum is numb and cold, usually around a half hour or so. Not something I do every day but when the mood hits. Everything always seems to get back to normal but I wonder if that could be a contributing factor.
