Hi everyone,

Firstly a little background, I've been fascinated with the subject of castration for a while now after having read a quite a few stories both here and else where online. There is just something so erotic and final about it that seems to intrigue me. I not quite sure what exactly it is, but as I learn and explore I'm sure the answer will slowly reveal itself in time.

The story itself is about a very sexually open young married couple who dabble in cuckolding, swinging and various other sexually activities, before AND after the main character (the husband) is castrated.

Long story short, I want to focus parts of the story on the main character (and his wife's) thoughts and feelings before, during and after his castration. I want to convey their inner thoughts as they progress along with their relationship in the story. As I have no experience with castration or being a eunuch I feel I should ask those with first hand knowledge and their partners what their feelings are regarding the subject. I feel quite a lot of stories leave out their character's inner feelings, which in my own opinion is a shame as its these insights that help convey emotion and add greatly to the story.

I'm looking to hear from anyone would be happy to share their thoughts on castration, or indeed any of the topics related to it or the story I hope to write. Indeed I'd be happy to share my own feelings (for what they are worth) as well.

You know, I don't think all or even most eunuchs are degenerates who were castrated for fetishy reasons, so you may have trouble finding material for your story.

Just because they weren't, doesn't mean that they can't wrap their heads around the concept.

Furthermore, it's a chance to insert a little reality into the fap-stories that circulate - overall, probably a good thing. :p

Firstly, it's not materiel per-say I'm looking for, more so the thoughts and opinions of those who have undergone castration that I would like to hear from. I'm thinking of this as a form of research that I want to do before setting out to write. Anyone can write a story where the main character has his balls cut off, but I would like to write something with a little more realism and depth. It's like trying to write a sci-fi story without having a basic knowledge of science or technology, sure you could mention the "talking computer thingy" if you didn't do your research, but with a little homework and reading you could call it the "Artificial Intelligence" and be a lot more accurate and relevant to the genre. But, I guess some folks don't care about details.

Exactly, just because a person is a eunuch or married to one, doesn't mean they can offer their thoughts on the matter, even if fetish or indeed fiction isn't their thing, there opinion is still quite relevant.

Fantasy is a good thing for everybody from time to time. Castration is a reality that many of us have chosen and are happy to live with, in reality it comes with many side effects like depression, bone loss, mood swings, weight gain just to mention a few.

Thanks for you two cents Riverwild, this is exactly they kind of input I was hoping for. I was unaware of the array of possible side effects after castration and I'm glad you mentioned it, as I feel I've learned something new I didn't previously know. It's interesting you mentioned depression among the side effects, is this a common side effect with castration?

If you Google low testosterone and deprssion you will find a whole body of research and how it can be treated with and without HRT.
