Hello! I have a somewhat complicated question regarding hormone replacement therapy when i get my testicles removed(not ever considering penis). There are a few issues, physical activity and penis shrinkage. For my hormone replacement, i dont want one with high DHT because DHT is responsible for alot of emotional and physical effects that im trying to remove from my life. Could i use anavar for my replacement because it cannot be converted into DHT. But then at the same time, without actual dht, would be penis shrink?
