Yep from what I have herd and the reviews plus as we all know you must be part of the in crowd of Hollywood to get an Oscar, so I think Lincoln wins big.

I agree the personal politics of Academy members requires Lincoln score big wins -

Consider, the award shows this last year have seemed to go over board on recognizing

the Artsy Fartsy as opposed to the "popular" favorites of years' past awards.

Moi

Closer to Hollywood then Wisconsin. ;)

Meanwhile, No Good TV scheduled tonight.

Talk about conspiracies. :-|

She can't win

It is Un-PC to appear anorexic.

Even if your character is suppose to be dying from "The White Death".

;)

I remember one super Lib. PC Academy bypassed Rex Harrison for Sidney Poitier.

They gave Harrison a 💋 and make up award the next year for a role displaying less talent.

Will someone tell the writers of this atrocity -- the 85th Academy Awards -- that when you introduce Liam Neeson as the vengeful father from TAKEN, the orchestra should not play the theme music to SCHINDLER'S LIST (Liam Neeson played Schindler in that movie)

Aren't we old !

So what are the assessments of the winners?

The Artsy Fartsy?

Politically Correct?

Crowd Pleasers?
