It is the thick of "Award" season.

The Miserable and Lincoln of course. Real uplifting, good time entertainment.

Or just "relevant"?

I have suspected the "Awards" have abandoned "entertainment" for the artsy-fartsy.

Thoughts?

Was working so I missed part of the show. I am pleased with the awards for the actors in Les Miserable.

The "awards" only have half of the artsy-fartsy stuff anymore, -the fartsy part.

Oh yes, Les Miserable

a real "feel good" story flick.

If I want to be depressed, I will think of my wife, or the current bipartisan plutocracy. :D

I like sad movies, music and books. Other peoples' sorrows take my mind off my own which are few and far between. Strong emotions make me feel more alive or at least not so hollow.

Thank you, wish I had said that,
