Cops: Woman, 50, Battered Boyfriend, 32, Because Six Came Before Nine

A Florida woman is jailed on a battery rap for allegedly striking her boyfriend after he “finished first and stopped pleasuring her” during a mutual oral sex session late last night in the victim’s home, police report.

Jennie Scott, 50, was booked into the Manatee County lockup on a misdemeanor charge stemming from the 11 PM encounter in the Palmetto bedroom of Jilberto Deleon, 32. Scott has dated Deleon “for the last 5 years on and off,” according to a sheriff’s report.

Deputies were summoned to Deleon’s home by a witness who heard the couple arguing and saw Scott (seen at right) atop Deleon “punching and scratching him.” She also allegedly struck Deleon with a stick and threatened to hit him with a wrench before the tool was taken from her hand by the witness.

When questioned by a cop, Scott explained that she and Deleon “were giving each other oral pleasure in the bedroom” when Deleon “finished first and stopped pleasuring her.” Scott added that she “became upset and they began arguing.”

A deputy noted that Scott said that she was also mad at Deleon because she had “heard [him] having sex with another woman over the phone earlier in the day.” Scott struggled with deputies before being placed in a police cruiser, where she kicked a window until being warned that she would be maced unless she stopped.

Bail has yet to be set for Scott, who deputies described as “extremely intoxicated.”

"heard him having sex over the phone earlier in the day".....that's kind of boggling isn't it. I have a healthy interest in how things work and I'm trying to figure this one out. I realize that when I read "phone" I mean the black thing sitting on a table that I dial/punch and what they mean is some knock off rocket launcher that everyone now carries. But she heard him? Even if he accidentally dialed her number-and during sexual congress one doesn't have the time or the ability to do that-how could she tell it was sex? (caller ID would have told her it was him) I mean, we all know what sex in porn sounds like but M. Deleon, based on the reporting, doesn't seem the sort to emulate our more vocal sex stars. And what of Ms. Scott? I bet her reason goes right to the top of "unusual" reasons the police in that jurisdiction will hear for a while. And the courtroom should be filled for both the preliminary and then the trial. Were I the attorney for the much involved Mr. Deleon, surely I would ask Ms. Scott to ask how long is long enough and what is not enough "pleasure"? I wasn't aware that these things were now timed but I'm old school and we are all just grateful that we can finish at all with Pleasure finishing in show, certainly not win or place.

I would guess that there's a certain informality to their relationship although it does seem as though she has some proprietary rights, at least in her nether regions. And, sadly, this the sort of story that won't get followed. For those of us who, on short acquaintance, have come to have an interest in this semi pleasing couple, no news won't be good news, it will just be no news. ....PJ

I can see how she would be upset with giving him an orgasm and being left halfway there herself, but working him over with a wrench seems a little over the top. Still, he got off easy compared to Catherine Kieu Becker's hubby: She allegedly drugged him, tied him up, waited for him to regain consciousness, then cut his penis off while he watched helplessly and destroyed it in the garbage disposal. The reference to no news above brought her to mind. Did she ever go to trial? Was she found innocent by reason of temporary insanity like the more famous gal on the East Coast? I would have expected that to be a case the news would follow, but I haven't seen anything reported about it since a couple of weeks after the hearing.
