Well DARK SHADOWS bites the dust with a movie adaptation that struggles to be too many things and Johnny Depp at the same time.

plus sex... which in light of the original TV series and its morality is entirely stupid to the plot.

so what I really want to say is that this movie bites the hairy dong and gets THREE out of FOUR for a bad writing job.

Too many elements not handled well. Even for crazy Johnny Depp.
