Using regular vodka will take longer than using everclear or similar 190 proof 95% alcohol to damage the testicles. I personally used the everclear along with chemical castration drugs siterone and finastride for 3 years then stopped using all of them slowly over 6 months. After that period of time after stopping and until I had the testicles removed, I had no sex drive at all and testosterone levels dropped to 18 ng/dl. I even tried bring my T levels up with androgel and that didn't work at all. I have brought my T level up to a little over 100ng/dl using the injectable Testosterone 200mg/ml with an injection of 1 ml every 2 weeks. This level of T is just enough to stop the hot flashes and help build upper body strength back up and stop any depression and still have no sex drive, just what I wanted.

1) Yes until the testicles have been totally damaged the testicles can make a full recovery but not fertility. The damage is cumulative the the lower the proof of the vodka the more injections are required. Also there is a great variance between persons to the injection effects.

2) eunuchs may or may not last longer during intercourse too many variables, like the amount of HRT and type male/female.

I think mine are on the mend. My last injection was in early June, and after that my libido stayed down for 2 months. Then it started creeping back up until it is almost back to where it was before I started injecting. Time for another round I think.

From my own experience, and from all the tests I've been passing, all the dead parts of your testicles won't recover., they'll be absorbed by your body. The remaining ones will try to do the job as before, stimulated by your pituitary gland. It's more a regeneration of the existing cells than creation of new ones. This is why effect is cumulative, and also explains why some recovery seems to happen after ending the injections. The answer is then no, there won't be a full recovery.

I agree with Pirlouit on this. That is also why when one testicle is removed the remaining one takes over when previously the task was shared (assuming that the second one is healthy). The only way to assure that libido will not regenerate at all is to have both testicles removed (and not use too much HRT afterwards).

I am finding myself to be pretty horny back from where I started. During vodka injections my libido died completely. Now its creeping back up on me.

You are relatively young so recovery is not surprising. Eunuchs live an average of 7 years longer than intact men, I believe
