Thanks for the link,
I start the morning off with some English Breakfast then go to Earl Grey, in the afternoon I enjoy tea and biscuits, that would be English Teatime and some kind of cookies. For dinner I want a hearty tea so I move on to Darjeeling, and finally at the end of day I enjoy a cup of Lemon Lift.
That is tea 5 ways.

I find in most Earl Grays the bergamot (bitter orange) flavoring overwhelms the tea flavor and tastes medicinal, but I like them if I mix in 1/2 regular black tea to 1/2 Earl Gray. Most of the tea I drink is just regular Red Rose, my favorite main line brand. For afternoon and evening I switch to varietals from local tea merchants. Favorite is probably Kemun, black tea from China (often prominent in English Breakfast). I like really floral Darjeelings and Assams from India. Another favorite is Lychee, a flavored tea that I can only find in local Chinatown.
I make sourdough every couple of days so I usually have fresh bread, tea and jam. I may be poor but life can be sweet. There is something soul satisfying about wrapping hands around a cup of hot tea during dark nights of the soul.
