Hi all I went to see the doctor who was not happy with my T levels even though I am, she said they were far to low and I need to watch for other problems, I take Calcium plus vitaim D and B and would rather take other thing then more T but she has changed me on to Tostran 2% and said start on 3 pumps and see how I go does anyone us this and whats it like? If it gives me more drive and erections then I will stop using it and have to see her again they dont seem to listen to what you want.

I am currently using four pumps of 1.62% Androgel and I assume that the dosage is about equivalent to three pumps of 2% Tostran. My interest in sex has not come back. I get involuntary nocturnal morning erections from the need to urinate early in the morning but without any desire for sexual relief. They do not last very long and I'm OK with that because I know what causes them. My energy level has increased; however. I will have another testosterone level test done in about a week from now to see what my current level is and then I will see my urologist to discuss it.

A couple days ago I started using Fortesta testosterone gel. My doctor prescribed androgel, but my health care coverage couldn't give a straight answer as to my total out of pocket cost, so were trying Fortesta instead.

All I can say is... WOW! I've gone from being what I'd consider an below average squirter to a freakin' geyser of cum on this stuff. I'll have to keep an eye on it and let you all know how it works since I've not seen another person on the EA say they are using this particular drug. 3-pumps of Fortesta = 30mg of testosterone per dose, in my case, daily. I was using Testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml 0.5ml per week. That works out to about 14.3mg per day on the old injectible and I'm getting 30mg per day on the new gel. That probably explains my going from light squirt to geyser.

As for the androgel pump... it comes in 1.0% and 1.62%. You should need less of the 1.62% to get the same effect as 1.0%. 3 pumps of 1.62% sounds a bit high to me (at most I had 3 pumps of 1.0%) and I was told that the dose was a bit higher than normal but since I didn't have testicles it was o.k. That kept me in the 400 range or so (normal being 150-800).

As always, I'm interested in all my fellow testosterone users experiences. It is very educational not only to me but for others here as well.
