Hi all something that may help? Most people think that paracetamol are for pain well they are but they have another good use as well they reduce body temperature when you have a fever, so over the past month i've be taking 2 x 500mg which is the correct dose when the weather has got warm (what in England thats a joke) or when I just keep having flash after flash, I also take 2 every night before bed. Now this is not something that the doctor has said to do, infact he said it wouldnt do anything but I have to say I get less, I dont know if its my head playing tricks or if it some medical reason all I know is it works so until my body sorts its self out I will stick with it.

Im a paramedic not a doctor so remember if you do try it make sure your safe to do so and only take the recomended dose dont OD other wise you will need me or someone like me for another reason.
