Would the drug siterone cause testicle atrophy if I were to take it long term?
like if a person takes a high dose of siterone for years will the testicles atrophy and need to be surgically removed.

I want to try chem castration, my only concern is if I decide to use siterone long term would my testicles have to be removed permanently due to the effects of the siterone?
can it be fatal if the testicles are left in the sac

I know non-op trans girls who have been taking various anti-androgens for years without problems. After some period of time T production will stop permanently, but I know of no ill effects if they don't do orchies.

And those girls using the anti-androgens....after their testes stopped producing testosterone, did they stop using the anti-androgens? Thanks Jack
