As far as I can tell, there aren't that many furries on the Archive. There are certainly a fair number with BIID who would take the Ken doll as a perfect model. It would certainly be interesting to hear from both of those groups on this thread....

Well, The two are not the same group, the Bronys are a separate group. Granted, there are a lot of Furries who are also Bronys, but there are Bronys who are not Furries. (actually, a rather high number of them) the show (Just in case it's a mystery, the show is My Little Pony:Friendship Is Magic) has taken fandom, (furry, and sci-fi in general) in what could be described as a pink blitzkrieg, blowing out of it's targeted audience like it had a Jet Assisted Take-off Assist. I was not an early adopter, I watched the show on you tube simply to see what all the Hub-bub was about. What did I find? characters that grew, learned, and made mistakes.

Like Marvel Comics earlier on, the characters have drawbacks. flaws. imperfections and have to work around them. This is not a show that is only enjoyed by it's focus group. I find that rather strange, but I am well hooked myself, and cannot help but smile at some of the episodes.

I knew what a furry was, but not a Brony until today, you see you always learn something new on the EA

I am glad someone understands this because I have no clue as to what you guys are talking about. I understood what B.I.I.D. was as that is me the rest of it is just space filler.

Never watched the show. I don't have cable or anything like that. I would like to see what all the fuss is about.

I'm a furry and not a brony.

I blocked those programs from my TV after my niece outgrew them.

To borrow a line from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, My large intestine almost rose up and strangle me just to stop the horror and the pain of watching...

Like Oedipus, I wanted to shove needles in my eyes to not see them anymore.

Sorry, that's my opinion.

Okay, What part is not clear? The term Brony comes from guys, brothers, watching the show. the word is a fusion of brothers and ponys, and is not my creation.

What's BIID?
