I think the guy had Fournier's gangrene. Pretty interesting, especially the way he holds them up for the camera:

In the first photo the guy on the table looks like his penis is still erect. Maybe he was taking some medication like cialis and got an erection for too long which wound up causing a blood clot or lack of blood flow and the end result was to snip it off. In the last photo it looks like they took out a lot more than must genitals. Strange.

It seems to me that the man must be deceased. It also appears in the last photo that he might have had a ring in the tip or glans of his penis.
