This is on a show that is equivalent of "Who's got talent?" and similar talent shows. Mainstream TV, with all ages audience, and yet here's lots of bare butts and even simulate gay butt-sex.

There are definitely cultural (and individual) differences in attitudes toward the human body and its public display – from burqas to nudist colonies.

On the second Youtube listed, DJ OZMA is one of the many incarnations of Baba Nao, a Japanese pop singer and performance artist. He’s gone through many different names and performance styles. DJ OZMA lasted from late 2006 through 2008 and is most famous for a performance on national television (and radio) in Japan for New Years 2007, on one of the most watched programs of the year. For that performance he had a group of female dancers backing up his singing. The dancers slowly stripped to flesh-colored body stockings with painted nipples and a patch in the shape of a giant mushroom over the genitals.

The show was broadcast throughout Japan and was the first Ultra HD program in the world to be broadcast live over the Internet. The program was also broadcast live in Honolulu and San Francisco and on satellite to various other parts of the world.

The male dancers with fans came later.
