I realize that many who visit the Archive are new and unaware of what happens after castration, but boy, let's set the record straight!

1 - Castrated men, eunuchs who still have penises can get erections, can have great orgasms, and can ejaculate for weeks and sometimes months after castration.

2 - Castrated men, eunuchs who do not use HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) will eventually not desire sex or not desire it very much. True eunuchs sometimes try to stimulate their penises to get erect and they might try to work towards an orgasm, but after awhile they just give up. Then they just don't try anymore.

3 - Castrated men, eunuchs who do not use HRT can expect some penile shrinkage and some breast growth. It varies from eunuch to eunuch and it might depend on genetics, but my penis shrank even though I use low dose HRT and I've developed some extra breast growth. I've gone from six inches to about four 1/2 erect and it's a rubbery erection.

4 - Castrated men, eunuchs sometimes also desire penectomy. It does vary from eunuch to eunuch, but I believe that more desire penectomy then those who don't. Few ever go through with it, though they desire it.

5 - Eunuch orgasm do differ slightly from my experience. I don't have balls or a scrotum to speak of and early on after my castration my orgasm didn't feel the same. My ejaculate volume was less and I didn't squirt, I dribbled, but that's me.

6 - Women can and do love eunuchs. A young woman doesn't need to worry about pregnancy or using protection, that's a plus, unless she wants to get pregnant. Most women won't care if you're castrated as long as you can get an erection and satisfy her.

7 - Lastly, my desire changed. Being a married eunuch I started not to want to jump on my wife and pound away like before. I started to want to feel and touch her more, I cared more about her getting excited then I did myself.

And I got new sensations when she touched my skin. Sometimes my penis wouldn't even get erect and she didn't mind as long as I made her feel good in other ways. That was some years ago, we don't have sex much anymore, she doesn't need it and I'm an old eunuch.

The last part on #7 - I found that when I was on siterone and lots of estrogen that I actually had female orgasams. The ones that start in your stomach and radiate outwards, making your whole body convulse. I've found that I still had them even up to 12 hours afterwards. All it took was her touch to reignite them.

The part about being more loving and devoted is also what I had on siterone and it's one of the biggest reasons I want to be castrated.

If not for that, I'd still want to as I'm a MtF and need to rid myself of that part anyway as I hate it, but it's all the more better knowing that I'm going to feel about my wife the way I did on siterone.

Unlike some, I know what's coming - dreading the hot flashes but I have to go through them. I'll be much, much happier.

First, Siterone, then a manual method, and now, everclear injections.

Siterone I feel is a good "try it, you might like it" approach.

For me, it felt good to get rid of sexual desire and ability.

But I did not want to pay for and take chemicals the rest of my life.

So I embarked upon a personal self-designed method to eliminate testosterone by destroying the leydig cells. That worked and I was able to experience life at a low T level. The mental, physical, and emotional disruption caused by low T encouraged me to add a little HRT into my life to try and achieve a balance; enough T to feel good, not too much to reactivate sexual desire. Still working on that.

Still craving removal of the dangling participles, I embark now on the final frontier, everclear injections. That is a story in progress so stay tuned.

I enjoy the freedom to live on a medication that gives me just enough T for comfort and convenience (plus health benefits), but not so much that sex becomes a part of my mental and physical being. In short, HRT puts ME in control of my life instead of my balls controlling my life. I have gone through great confusion, contradiction, frustration in the past 2 years.

Even if it were possible to get castration on demand, from my personal experience I would suggest that someone experiment first with something like siterone before doing anything that will permanently destroy the body's ability to naturally produce testosterone. It would be a shame to discover you don't like life without sex, and then have to take HRT to have a marginal sex life. (Not to mention expensive).

Only from reading the experiences of others on EA did I choose the siterone "try it" first, and I am glad I did. Mikey liked life without sexual feelings or activities. Making that a permanent body feature was the hard part, but ultimately worth it. Hopefully some day, as with other useless body parts, Mikey's dangling participles will be removed and set free.

I couldn't agree with this more.

Siterone is so strong it's not prescribed in the US - I had to order mine online. (Cyprotenerone acetate) It's used to castrate child molesters.

IF you're thinking about castration - try siterone first. It wont take much and you'll get all the benifits of being castrated without it being permenant. Like 'Mikey" said, if you don't like it, just stop taking it. You'll go back to normal. If you do, then you can make castration permenant.

A poster above me mentioned viagra. I'm not sure that taking viagra after castration is a good thing - consult your doctor.

PS....if you're to old to cut the mustard - you can still lick the jar.

My wife and I have discussed this and it's more important to women that you share the intimacy experience and you don't need functioning equipment for that. Why? Because they MAKE equipment for that. I guess I must be the rare exception--after three years as a no-T eunuch I still ejaculate. Not as frequently as a non-eunuch of course, but it still happens when I put my mind to it and it can sometimes be quite a lot. I also seem to have maintained more sexual interest than most no-T eunuchs here, although being an exclusively "bottom" gay man is probably a factor there. I still love being penetrated, I just don't feel the need to have an orgasm myself every time. But when I do orgasm it is much more intense than before castration.
