Tonight's Lunar Eclipse

There's a lunar eclipse tonight. Shortly before 12 midnight on the West Coast and 3 on the East Coast it goes full -- the moon turns red and pretty without binoculars or telescope.
Astronomers list 12 steps to the FULL LUNAR ECLIPSE tonight but they forgot the 13th, 14th and 15th-- cigarettes and cuddling followed by someone sleeping in the wet spot.
Just thought y'all might like to know that.

SNOWING here and even if it stops, there is no way I am going outside to look at the moon when its below zero with a wind chill, and I am not going to shovel myself out tell its light outside.

I ahve a photograph somehwere in my house from 30 years ago when I witnessed a full lunar eclipse. All it took was a nice long lense on the camera and a half dozen little sandbags to hold the camera still.
I think that there is going to be a lunar eclipse twice next year. Wait for summer.
