Apart from this, I don't really understand the desire to castrate onself. Can anyone explain this to me please? I'm genetic female but I always wanted a higher libido, the more the better! And if I had a dick and balls, I'd never let them go.

"The desire to castrate oneself" is a somewhat complex issue. There are several different reasons. If you read through some of the other threads, you'll find a lot of others have talked about the various reasons why they have this desire.

Here are some of the reasons I can remember:

- Transgender issues.

- Some people want little or no libido. Sometimes they are fed up with sexuality ruling their lives, taking up so much of their time, effort, and thought life. They want to be free of it.

- Other times, people want to be the ultimate submissive, with little or no desire of their own, being used whenever their partner has the urge.

- Some people find the ball-less look really hot. So hot that they are willing to undergo surgery to make it happen, and have to rely on external hormones (shots/pills) to keep their libido.

- Some haven't liked their balls/scrotum ever since they were a child or teen. Quite possibly some of us are born with this desire!

- A few have been kicked or injured "down there" one too many times and want to make their bodies more "bullet proof".

I'm sure there are other reasons, and/or additional intricacies... Personally my fantasies are mostly along the Penectomy and TG lines. I have thought of Castration before, but it generally isn't a big part of my fantasies. If someone who's main fantasy is Castration replies to this thread, you could probably get more insight.

it sure is a complex issue, i am thinking off it for several months now, I even have the stuff inhouse to start with it (depo provera prefilled 150mg injection)

for me the main cause is "i think", its turns me on like nothing else. I think i simply growed into it , by gowing further and further, what once started with peeing-sex , turnded into play with clothspins, to fire playing, growing into a desire to feel real pain, the urge to do permanent damage by sticking needles in penis, penishead, balls, nipples, even wigglle with needles inside my balls in order to make sure they suffer and will result in permanent damage. it keeps me busy every free minute off my life, i am 52 years old and have decited its about time to find out, iff it turns out to be "my thing" i might as well go further after that and end up as a nullo ..... after all "life is a journey" isn't it ?

My desire started out when I was very young. At first it was a desire to cut my scrotum, which I did for many years. When I turned 32-33, my scrotal cutting desire turned into an overwhelming castration desire that I couldn't shake. I probably should have gone to see a psychologist to find out why I cut my scrotum and only my scrotum, and then why this developed into an overwhelming desire to be castrated, but I didn't. So I ended up cutting off my left testicle and then as I've said many times, Dr. Kimmel finished my castration removing my right testicle. Now I have a slight desire to have my penis removed.
