i wonder what the main motivations are to get started with chemical castration, i do can imagine that some have different motives however i am just curious. My motive is:
1) to reduce my uncontrollable sexdrive
2) i am submissive
3) is do have a very strong fetish on it
4) want to controle my life thru the brains (not the ones below)
i was planning to start this week with depo provera 150 mg.

1) To reduce my uncontrollable sex drive - This is undeniably true for me.
2) I am submissive - This is also true for me, although I can be dominant if necessary.
3) I
- This is definitely false, I'm transgendered.
4) I want to control my life through the brains (not the ones below) - This is absolutely true. I'm tired of what testosterone has done to my body and continues to do to my mind.

With me there has been the element of a fetish, but the anti-androgen effect reduces your interest in fetishes anyway. Perhaps that's the easiest way to deal with a castration fetish - actually experience it for a while.
For me, the motivation was to deal with the constant fantasies, particularly when they intruded into my thoughts at inconvenient moments. It's been very effective at doing that. My sex drive wasn't uncontrollable, but it had become irritating and intrusive.

I wouldnt really say my sexdrive was uncontrollable but whenever I had an erection I would have a strong urge to do something about it and felt bad when I didnt. Same thing about sexual thoughts. I felt compelled to keep thinking about it and the thoughts would crop up at inconvenient times (like tests, work, or when daydreaming) and I would constantly stare at women.
I didnt like any of it.
I am also a bit submissive so doing what I am doing makes me feel nice and my personal relationships with women has improved(however that process started before the drugs). I've only been on Siterone for a short while so I cant say everything I am feeling is due to the drugs but my sex drive is definitely pretty much gone. The only times I even have an urge to masturbate is when I miss a few doses. If I can ever afford another testosterone test I can see where I am at castration-wise but from everything I read its a long process so I need to be patient.
Things started out as a fetish I would say however it wasnt until a few years of introspection on why I was pleased by the thought that I decided to try it out. I am probably not near castrate levels yet but I shouldnt try to rush things.
