Woman bites attacker in Aspen Hill

Montgomery County police have released surveillance photos of a man they say dragged a woman into some woods in Aspen Hill and sexually assaulted her -- until she halted the attack with a bite.

The suspect received a "severe laceration" during the assault last week, said Cpl. Dan Friz, a police spokesman.

The suspect remains at large. Police released photos Wednesday hoping someone will recognize him.

The case goes back to Oct. 26, just after 11 p.m., when officers were called to the area of Connecticut Avenue and Independence Street. The 30-year-old victim told police that she was able to get away after fending off the attacker by biting him on the penis.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male with a thin build, 20 to 25 years old, 5-foot, 6-inches tall, with short black hair and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black pants.

Time stamps on the surveillance images show they were captured about 20 minutes prior to the attack, Friz said.

Police ask anyone with information to call 240-773-5070. Those who wish to remain anonymous or be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 should call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).

He might think twice before he tries that again,but seriously i hope that the police get the information and get him.

Just a pity the woman did not bite a bit harder on his penis,for she might have bitten it off,and that would have been just what he deserved,maybe they should have put on thedescription of him,teeth marks on his penis.

Sure he deserved it, and I'm sure she tried, but I understand the penis is full of tough connective tissue and biting off a penis might be close to impossible. I remember seeing a series of photos where a man tried to dis-member himself and scissors didn't work and eventually he resorted to an electric knife like people use to carve turkeys with. Remember Lorena Bobbit had to use a very sharp knife and it may have taken 3 cuts to get the job done. It is possible that her teeth weren't sharp enough.

If I were her though, I would have tried. My attacker was female, so I had nothing to bite, plus that kind of thing doesn't occur to a 6 or 7 year old boy. But, if it were a man, you bet'cha!

Someone needs to give her the "Trophy of Epic Win"
