Tome, from our chat room, had his heart catheter put in today.

Actually it was yesterday. The report will lead to more work but I don't know if I'm at liberty to say more. Maybe Bobbie or OBB can.

I will only say two things... Yes, Tome has more work with the Doctors... And, don't ever get old.. Things don't work any more, things don't work right, you take hands full of medications and then have reactions to those medications.. Stay young..

You're absolutely right OneBalBoi, I plan to stay younger than River forever. Hell, I'm even younger than Bobbie.

Oh he had a cardiac cath to check for blockages? I hope angioplasty and stents can open up the blockage. Wishing you the least invasive treatment. I will look forward to news of your recovery.

Got the results today. One a new heart valve is needed plus there are 3 blickages 90%,95%,100%. Surgery will be in late November.

Yes but with this surgery you will get to be older. Well not as old as MacTheWolf yet. You will have a new scar to show off at the MoM!

My Mom got a new heart valve about 6 years ago. She'll turn 88 this November.
I hope everything goes as well for Tome as it did for her...
