Laser circumcision & mistakes

Watching the video is interesting and shows that in the hands of a professional laser circumcision is perfectly safe. http://urologycentre.com.sg/circumcision_photos.html

I would suppose that a penectomy with a laser would accomplish the same thing as circumcision, it would seal off the blood vessels, though you might need to purposely aim the laser at the corpus cavenousa's after the penis is cut off to seal them and prevent bleeding. A penectomy with a laser might still cause urination problems, depending if a stump is left or no stump is left.
