It seems possible to make faux labia out of your scrotum if you get castrated by a good plastic surgeon. Then again, maybe just splitting the scrotum in half will give you labia. Scroll down 3/4 of the way and look at these, they might be hermaphrodites, but I think by what I'm seeing that maybe one or two had their scrotum turned into labia.
