Well..... It's done, but....

As the title states, the second ball is finally history. The issue is I decided to have the Urologist "tighten" my scrotum. I was expecting a nice smooth look. No such luck. I appreciate the Urologist and his attempt to try and reduce the scrotum, but my advice is to leave that to a plastic surgeon or someone who is used to doing SRS.
It looks like Frankin Sac.

I will have to go back for some plastic surgery to have it look right. The worst part is the only thing that really hurts is the part that looks horrible. I barely had any pain with either the first or second orchy's.
Those who have had scrotoplasty - how long to heal? are you satisfied?

It should only take a minimum of one week to ten days if done correctly. Mine was not done correctly and it is not as smooth as I would like, but I'm castrated, I'm a eunuch, which is where I want to be. On the other hand, I am not satisfied with my penis and that will have to go soon.

It wasn't done correctly, but I can't blame the surgeon. He does a lot of orchiectomies, but not for SRS. He does them because his population has a high cancer rate. They seldome need scrotoplasty. And when they do it isn't for cosmetic result. I am glad to have the orchy done. I don't feel any different.
How long before you all felt a change after orchy? I did kill my T with alcohol prior to orchy I was down in the 200's, but now several days later I don't feel any different.

It may take a month or two and it might not be like turning off a light but a slow process.
Everybody is a little different so your mileage will very.
The best,
