The passing of a friend.

I see that someone banned Ramses. I thought Ramses was a remarkable friend and I respected him for his knowledge about the oil industry. I am saddened to see him banned and realize that Eunuch Archive has lost a good friend. He posted a lot here, almost 1 posting per day of his tenure here. Best wishes my friend. I hope you can find support somewhere else.

He's not even listed as a member...hate when anyone who is a regular gets banned or leaves for something that happened here.

I liked him. Always seemed pragmatic and even tempered to me...

I am still wondering, just WHAT was it that got him banned?
He did not seem to me to be someone who would "flame" anyone else. His politcal views were farther right than mine, and much farther right than most of the others here, still, just being a right-winger here (truly a "rose among thorns") is no cause for him to be banned.
I never read any post by him that was a real "flame" or anything that bad. The EA is a lesser place without him.
