The next item based on the on-line survey of members of the Eunuch Archive was published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine today. It is a brief letter to the editor in response to another letter to the editor written by Anne Lawrence.

Anne Lawrence attacked our earlier articles for claiming that some of those desiring voluntary castration have a Body Integrity Identity Disorder (BIID). She relied heavily on the writings of Dr. Michael First, who is the acknowledged expert on the subject, strongly arguing that BIID was not a valid diagnosis. Dr. First joined as an author in our rebuttal to her letter. He is now convinced that some of those seeking castration do have BIID.

A PDF copy of the letter is available to anyone who requests it by sending me a <Private Message> to give me an email address that will accept attachments. The EA server does not.

If you would also like PDF copies of the earlier articles, please let me know and I will include them as well.

I am always so glad to read of the progress in educating others to our needs. As always a big thanks to all those involved.🤘

I just wish someone would shoot Anne Lawrence.

In the ass.

With rock salt.

Repeatedly.

a bad thing? A revolting disorder? I'm not sure. I'm not sure why I had to be castrated, but my desire to be castrated consumed me until it was accomplished. Why? What was it inside of me that pushed me to accomplish this? Some think I had a demon, some think I had a mental illness, perhaps Obsessive Compulsive, some think I was stressed out and sexually frustrated. I don't know why I needed to be castrated, I'm just glad that I was. It doesn't really bother me to be diagnosed with a BIID, simply because the compulsive desire to be castrated is outside of normal for most men. Yes, outside of the worlds view of normal. Only a small percentage of men in this world ever fully act on getting their balls cut off, I am one of them and that's alright with me.

I am not sure if castration desire is more BIID or MIID (Mind Integrity Identity Disorder ) :D

For example I have never felt myself as one single entity. I have always tried to separate processes inside me from my pure mind.

For example, If I have a need to pee, then it is not me who needs to pee, it is my body requesting relief from me.

I am just littlebit sarcastic 🙄
