Agreed, not a great year, but we have had worse, I do hope 2010 is much better.

Happy New Year I beleve that I have had a good year 2009. there were some ruff paches however my cup is allways at lease 2\1 full and I have my thick skin and my feathers are well oiled so the rocks will bounce off and the mud will wash off. I wish you all as much and more. Ernie of Maine

2009 was not the best of my years, it was not the worst of my years...

HEY! That sounds strangly familiar... Like the opening lines of some uppity classic novel or something.

Well, seriously, I do think that this years has not been really that bad, but it was not all good either. It was so so for me. I have most certainly seen a LOT worse in my time, but I have also known a lot better times too.

So, I am hoping and wishing for a better 2010 for myself, and sincerely wishing a happy new year for all of you too.
