The purpose of the procedure is a mystery, but it's clearly a horse.

While it is hard to really say who or what is being worked on. From the shape of the penis head it would appear to be human.

I would also very much think this is done by a cutter. Photo's of such a thing like this is seldom published. If you look in the back ground you can see someone. The person has on what appears to be a outside jacket and wearing a hat. You can also see what appears to be concrete blocks. Would hardly think a doctor would be pulling on the penis what looks like a heavy string or rope. On the plus side it looks like sterile conditions are being used.

The above conditions would lead me at least to say this is cutter castration. Would not think any doctor would be preforming a castration in what appears to be a basement or brick walled room.

So, you guys can't see the front legs of a horse up in the air? The horse is flat on it's back, all four legs up in the air, held by overhead pulleys as is common practice. It's clearly a vet office, the guy in the background isn't gowned, or masked. And the title of the pic, doesn't mean that's what's going on, just that someone who named the pic thinks that's what's happening.

I've seen some big cocks, but never that big....
