Just curious as to whether some impotent eunuchs have chosen to get silicone implants placed in their penises? Most I believe want a small flaccid penis, but what about their significant others? I'm sure women such as Yoli, but want the option of having a usable penis at times. If you're a eunuch, would you consider getting a penis implant?

This is how I see it. If a eunuch wants to be able to have sexual relations, he can take testosterone. If he doesn't, he can avoid it. I take it but have also gone through long periods when I didn't. When I take it, things "work" fine; when I don't, they don't.
