I love the idea of having my scrotum removed sticking to my legs etc. Asking a plastic surgeon that works with scrotum reduction all the time as soon as I mention smooth look Dr. would not even talked with me, I let him know I was castrated 22 years ago should not be a problem.
Dose any one know a Dr. in the LA area?

I would rather do it the right way than have a problem with a cutter

Most doctors are so freaked at the idea of doing anything to or with the family jewels unless of course it is attached to a life and death health issue.
The work continues thanks to Jesus and Richard.

I thought of banding now thatβs an idea I read this article
http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Scrotal_Removal
β unless the individual is already a eunuch because an overly tight scrotum can be very uncomfortable. The procedure involves cutting off (generally with scalpels and cutlery tools) and then suturing or stapling the scrotum closed (although some people have successfully used an elastrator to do the scrotal removal post-castration). β
But the thought of bleeding does not sound pleasing to me.

A dermatologist just might work I have one that am going to for something else
I never thought about asking if she consider removing the scrotum it just might work Thanks.
I love the pics in the above link.

I went 4 years with the empty scrotum. I THINK that my Dr. thought I would change my mind and want fake ones put in. Last July (08) I asked him to recommend a plastic surgeon to remove the empty thing. He said he could do it. I said O.K/. and he did a great job. It might have been so he would not lose any money that he decided he could do it. I found out last July (09) that I was the only one he had performed that surgery on. I guess, since he usually only does cancer type orchi's and they want fakes, he never had been asked to do it until me. I seem to be a first in a lot of things in my olden age.

If you are still looking for a surgeon, you should probably begin calling ones who are familiar with the transgendered population. They would have much less difficulty with your request.
"Hairless" has written about his good experience with Dr. Alter in Beverly Hills. He might be one to approach.
