This seems to be legit to me -- the guy's demeanor and his apology for "not chickening out" seems to genuinely reflect the same sort of frustration many of us here have -- that castration and penectomy are not easy.

I've saw this video quite a while ago. Perhaps he's real, but in the context of everything else he's posted on YouTube, I'm not entirely convinced.

If he is serious, it seems he's being right and proper and seeking help instead of doing it DIY.
