ALL,

So why the big deal of saying 48 hours - 24 hours etc.

Get to the point whatever it is.

Well, people wanted a change from the "We can't accept German stories", so this was the best I could come up with. And the timing is very important.

ALL,

Ho mia Dio. Mi tre amas la Eunuch bordon.

So lets say then that all stories are submitted in Esperanto!

For crying out loud, it is a mouse button on "translate" any more and that even includes Chinese and Japanese.

I am totally underwhelmed over this minor matter of language.

What I was referring to was the old main page message stating that we couldn't accept stories written in German, since we didn't ahve any German volunteers to help proofread them. That situation has long since been remedied, but the message hadn't been changed in some months. There was one or two complains that the old message had been up too long, and should be changed. So I changed it. :)

Based on the quality of translations I have seen, I would not be so quick to criticize. Unless, of course, the EA does not mind looking like a group of idiots in other languages.

My vote is for better quality when the EA's name is on it. If somebody wants to use SDL, Google, WORD, etc to translate, let them make the click. If it were that easy, we could have all stories in one language and let the people themselves translate into their own language.

So what is happening in the next 36 hours or so???

I know we have to wait.

I, for one, am yawning at the prospect of whatever this is. :-|
