I've had this desire for along time but can't seem to make up my mind so picked somewhere in the middle. At first it was Nullo but still wanted to have sex. Then it was castration but even though that would work for me I decided it wasn't enough. I also entertained the idea of SRS but didn't want my wife to leave me. She still doesn't like the issue but I can't get it out of my head. I like sex any kind of sex really as long as pain is not involved or anything illegal of course. Well here it is. My desire is to be somewhat of a hermaphrodite or at least a male with female genitals maybe even breasts. About the hermaphrodite, it would be cool to still have my small penis(my wife likes it so I don't want to take that away from her)but instead of having these huge, sensitive balls and scrotom under it I would rather have a vagina under it. It wouldn't be that hard with all the scrotom skin and maybe skin from somewhere else if needed to make one. I want it to look like I just have a vagina if I pull my penis up and cover it with my hand. And I would like it set up so that I can tuck my penis into the vagina lips so when I wear panties it all looks smooth. The desire to not have all that extra crap between my legs gets stronger and stronger and I don't know how long I can hold out until I find a way to get something done. Anyone else have this type of desire? Anyone know of anyone that has had it done and maybe some pics and possibly doctor info?

Even though my wife doesn't like the idea she understands that this is who I am and still loves me no matter what I do to my body because its my body. But I would still hurt her if I did anything. Make it a tough decision to make when the urge is strong. Oh well life is like that.

You could just start by dividing/splitting your scrotum. A split scrotum can have the appearance of a vagina, especially if the testicles are removed. I know this for a fact because I split my scrotum several years before becoming a eunuch. After getting castrated my split scrotum looked very much like a vagina externally. This is a cheaper easier thing to do. You might also consider having your suspensory ligament cut and then having your penis pulled or placed underneath your scrotum. Your bag would be on top of your penis, in other words. If you split your scrotum and had your testicles removed, you'd look as though you'd have a vagina, but you'd still have your penis. Testosterone replacement would give you erections.

Um thinks Hash. Intersting but not really what I'm looking for I would rather just not have my scrotom then split or flipflop things around. Like I said if I couldn't go through with having everything removed and getting a vagina I would want to have the vagina under my penis and had it so my penis would fit between the labia to look smooth under panties. I still would want the use of it if I did something like that.
