For the ultimate in becoming a non-gender person, in addition to complete removal of all genitalia and internal gender identifying body parts, do people also have their nipples completely surgically removed. ?

Nipples seem to be the one body part that can be utilized in sexual stimulation by both sexes (to various degrees).

Complete removal of them would seem to be the final step in de-sexualizing one's body to a completely inbetween neutral state of being neither male or female.

I don't know what the heck makes me think of these things, but now that I did think of it, I am really genuinely curious.

I have seen photo's of people that have had their aureole and nipple removed. The goal was to have a smooth breast.

All humans start off with nipples and female then at one point the male hormones kick in/or not and that is when the unborn baby develops into a sex.
