In a thread I made a while back I asked if it would be better/worse to not have a penis or not have testicles. I said I would rather still have a penis, because you might still be able to preform sexually, especialy with artificial hormones. However I am wondering if it is posible to have an ogasim without a penis. Usually something needs to touch the cock but I have heard of some guys who have a problem of ejaculating just by getting turned on. That has never happened to me but I have gotten off just by playing with my balls and not touching the penis.

I think to get an orgasm with the balls kept and without penis can be easier cause you will still have the urge and desire for sex cause of your still normal T levels, but I wonder from where will you ejaculate, will it be from the again then kept the peehole? (most probably it must be so)

But without the balls ok if u continue to get T hormones you can still have erections but I am not sure the intensity of orgasm can be a high as with the one balls kept!!!

It is 100% possible to reach orgasim without a penis. Much due to the fact there are several ways to stimulate the area. You stimulate the testicles, the prostate, as well as caress the area where the penis used to be... So yes, it is possible to reach climax without a penile organ.

As long as a guy is receiving male hormones, either from his balls or from artificial supplements should these aso be excised, he may and will reach climax with ejaculation. The ejaculate will be emitted from the pee hole, regardless of where it may be located in a new place or in its natural location. It's just necessary that the guy be stimulated to orgasm. Prostate stimulation or just stimulation of the area of the perineum seems to work. External genitalia are not a requirement for ejaculation. However, it's easier for guys with a penile stub to cum even if it's been amputated even with the abdomen to cum than if the base of the penis has been excised and amputated. I've seen report that guys with stubs often cum as often as those w/ whole penises, while those who've had their member excised and cutt off below the abdominal surface have a harder time and may as a reult lose interest in sex.

Using words such as orgasm and ejaculation, confuse the discussion as meanings then become debatable.

The feature I wonder about in my male sexual response is that

pumping feeling and action that squirts out my cum with pressure.

Will a prostate alone do that ? And as many pumps or just one or two ?

Will a stumped penis do that, likewise as many pumps as before alteration ?

apparently, some stumped penises still do that! thats the thing about human biology, its so diverse that just asking if it is possible will probably get u a "yes" with little indication of just how likely it would be to happen to you if you got stumped.

For what it's worth you can try chemical castration for a year to see how you like it, but as far as I know there is no way to test drive a penectomy.

As far as having an orgasm without a penis goes, women manage that trick quite well. Would you be able to do the same? No one can answer that question for you.

Still, for me, and maybe for others, the objective is to be rid of the sexual desire, urges and frustrations (either through chemicals, physical alterations, or both).

So I don't quite understand the significance or importance or relevance of desiring sexual arousal and fulfillment without a penis. I would think if you choose to have your penis removed the whole point is to work towards elimination of desire, arousal and fulfillment. (all of which is separate from changing one's sexual identity to live life as a person of the opposite sex).

But eliminating desire and partial arousal is going to be difficult as long as testosterone is flowing through your veins. Desire and arousal, without fulfillment would to me be the ultimate frustration.

If someone lost their penis not by choice, then yes, this would be very important information to know.

As a non-eunuch non-sexual andropause male, I am finally so very glad that sexual desire, arousal, and fulfillment are no longer a part of my life. Being on and off T over the course of the past year I have had the opportunity to know both sides of my feelings. Because of those experiencess I have chosen to live on very little T; just enough to supplement health issues, but not enough to give me any sexual desire or ability to perform sexually. I am so very glad. Nature screwed up. The desire for sex and ability to perform sexually should be purged from our bodies in our mid-20's or so.

When you have sexual desires you think that loosing that ability would be horrible.

When you have finally achieved sexual neutrality you discover, OH, what a relief it is , and you don't miss it at all. You can focus on everythingi else about living, without being bantered around by sexual desire.

Even so, I still desire for closure and hope some day to be a eunuch.
