I am passing this on to you because it definitely works and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace.

Dr Phil proclaimed, “The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.”

So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished a bottle of Syrah, a bottle of Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a bottle of Kailua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates.

You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now ....

Please pass this on to those whomever you think might be in need of inner peace.

peace.

I do not think I can finish off the 5 liter box o' wine so maybe I will not have inner peace. I do know I will be passing out very soon. Oh that will be peaceful.

A friend suggested to me, earlier this evening, that I could use a good martini. I agreed, but feared it would interfere with my sleep. Now I know that the secret is to have the martini before I leave for work in the morning. 😄 If only I had some brownies to go with that, I'm sure I would be very mellow by the time I reached the office.

Maybe, I should ask dr Phil if he understands, why I didn't finish the greatest inner peace I can ever expect
